TOEFL Scores conversion to CEFR Levels CEFR Levels to TOEFL Score Conversion: The table below denotes the CEFR score levels equivalent to your TOEFL Scores. Do note that CEFR  is an international standard outline for describing learning, teaching and assessment abilities on a six-point scale, from A1 for beginners, up to C2 for those who have mastered a language. CEFR is NOT a test.
